FAQS

HOW DO I BOOK?

All classes must be booked online ahead of time. We are unable to accept payment at the time of the class. Simply click on "Book a class" to purchase a plan (1 class or a package). Once your plan is paid for, you can go to our calendar and select a date/time for the class you'd like to attend.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Standard gym attire is appropriate along with a pair of well fitting sneakers. A strong, supportive sports bra is a must. Bring plenty of water and a small towel if you would like.

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE I ATTEND A SESSION?

We don't recommend eating anything heavy for an hour before a session to optimize comfort, however be sure you have a little something in you before your session. We recommend a granola bar, protein shake or banana to provide the needed energy for the class.

I HAVE TROUBLE CONTROLLING MY BLADDER WHEN BOUNCING ON A TRAMPOLINE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This is a common problem for women who have birthed children. But don't worry, you aren't alone! The trampolines in ((BOUNCE)) are smaller than a normal trampoline so most women don't report the same intensity of leaking as with a normal trampoline. Most women choose to wear a light pad and take frequent bathroom breaks during class. Participants are welcome to exit to that bathroom at any point during the class. And the best news, ((BOUNCE)) helps strengthen the pelvic floor only helping alleviate the problem further.

I AM REALLY UNFIT, CAN I STILL ATTEND?

Yes of course! We strongly encourage you to achieve medical clearance and speak with your primary care provider to ensure exercises is safe for you. To make ((BOUNCE)) easier you bounce along lightly, barely lifting your feet off the mat or to intensify the workout you push down really hard. The point is to enjoy exercise and our purpose is to motivate you but you're welcome to stop and rest at any point. We take frequent breaks and participants are welcome to take even more at their own pace. Remember it's YOUR class so go at YOUR pace. There is no judgement and all physical abilities are welcome.

CAN I ATTEND IF I AM PREGNANT, POSTPARTUM OR HAVE AN INJURY?

First, we require you to speak with your health care provider about the appropriateness of participating in a ((BOUNCE)) class if you are pregnant, postpartum or have an injury. Many health professionals recommend rebounding as the exercise of choice during pregnancy and while recovering from injury due to its low impact. Remember that you can take the class at your own pace, lessening the bounce or intensify based on your needs. As always, please let your instructor know of any injuries prior to the start of class so that we can provide you with modified moves as fit throughout the class. As a general rule, we recommend a 6 week wait postpartum after a vaginal delivery and 12 week wait postpartum after a c-section, but again medical clearance is provided.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?

Yes! Children aged 12-17 years are welcome to participate in the class on their own trampoline with adult supervision. You will need to book the Adult/Teen ticket to reserve a trampoline for your child. Children under 12 will be permitted to have their own trampoline if the class is not fully booked. Children of all ages are welcome to attend without participating in the class.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO CLASS?

YES, YES AND YES! We pride ourselves on being one of the only fitness classes in the area that accommodates to children of all ages coming with Mom to class. Most children sit and play with toys during class or other children that are present, but let's be real...children can be loud and messy! We don't mind one bit. If the class is not fully booked, you are welcome to slide a second trampoline close to your own for your child to sit and bounce on. We understand meltdowns happen and potty training doesn't stop during ((BOUNCE)) classes. There is no judgement if your child starts screaming, crying, goes into full blown meltdown during class or needs to run to the bathroom 10 times. We carry on with class as you tend to your child as needed and welcome you to hop back in when you are ready. Having a child shouldn't stop your ability to attend ((BOUNCE)).

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE TRAMPOLINES?

Yes, the maximum weight limit of the trampoline is 315 lbs.

I CAN'T ATTEND A CLASS I BOOKED. WHAT DO I DO?

We allow you to reschedule your class up to 1 hour before the class begins. Simply sign into your account and click the reschedule button to choose a different class to attend.
